SignHelm Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

Effective Date: October 18, 2026 · Provider: InfoConverge, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) · Support: support@signhelm.com

1. Overview & Corporate Provider

SignHelm (accessible at https://www.signhelm.com, https://signhelm.com, and https://signhelm.app, including the SignHelm Web Studio and SignHelm Desktop software for macOS, Windows, and Linux) is developed, owned, and operated by InfoConverge, LLC. By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using SignHelm, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”).

2. Merchant of Record & Billing (PADDLE.NET* SIGNHELM)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle.com Inc.). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all SignHelm orders, handles payment processing, sales tax / VAT / GST calculation, invoicing, and billing support inquiries, and processes returns and refunds. Charges on your bank or payment card statement appear as PADDLE.NET* SIGNHELM.

3. Software Editions, Licensing & No-Lockout Promise

4. Renewals, Price Protection & Refunds

Optional annual subscriptions ($19/year Updates Renewal and, once launched, $29/year Pro & Cloud Add-On) automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We send an advance renewal reminder email 15 to 30 days before every annual renewal containing the renewal amount, billing date, and a one-click cancellation link.

Price-Change Protection: Renewal prices may adjust modestly over time to cover infrastructure and operating costs, but we guarantee that we will never increase an existing subscriber’s renewal price more than once in any 12-month period or by more than 10% per increase, only from your next annual renewal (never mid-term), and we will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect with a direct cancellation link.

All purchases are covered by our 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee as detailed in our Refund Policy, which meets and exceeds statutory consumer cooling-off rights.

5. Electronic Signatures & User Responsibility

SignHelm is a local document-preparation and signature-stamping software tool. You are responsible for reviewing every placed signature, initials, or text field before saving and for ensuring that your use of handwritten image stamps or electronic signatures complies with applicable laws or counterparty requirements in your jurisdiction (such as the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA, eIDAS, or agency wet-ink rules). InfoConverge, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Except for our express 30-day money-back guarantee and non-waivable statutory consumer rights, SignHelm is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfoConverge, LLC’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of SignHelm shall not exceed the total fees you paid for SignHelm in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
